Pressurised Ventillation System :

The pressurization and ventilation system to be installed are intended to take away the heat generated from the electrical control panel as well as to maintain a positive pressure of 2-3 mm WC inside to prevent ingress of atmospheric dust. With the supply of filtered air into the rooms having no natural openings the pressure inside the rooms slowly builds up. As and when the inside pressure reaches the above value the gravity louvers on walls which are normally in closed position opens up. This allows the hot air to be exhausted outside. Thus the heated air is discharged to outside in a controlled manner ensuring the requirement of room pressurization for protection of control panel.

• Supply with 2 stage filtration media- dry panel and oil immersed filter to suit environment.

• Modular construction of AHU with air intake louvre, supply grilles, dampers and centrifugal fans.

• GI ducting layout done as per site building plan.

• Capacity range upto 200000 m3/hr.

• Temperature rating upto 70 deg C.
